This radar is a quick look at five rookie forwards starting their professional path in different European contexts.
They are not presented as a universal shortlist, but as profiles worth monitoring for their size, production, physical tools, role adaptability and possible impact in European roster construction.
Some will be asked to provide scoring and spacing, others more physicality, rebounding, energy or defensive presence. The key is understanding how each profile translates to a specific role and team context.
For clubs, the real work is more specific: understanding which forwards actually fit one roster, one budget, one playing style and one recruitment need.
Chandler Cuthrell | 6’8 – 203 cm | Karhu | Physical forward
Fit: Physical forward who can provide frontcourt scoring, activity, and paint production in a defined offensive role.
Productive power forward with strong season output (19.8 PPG, 6.5 RPG) and solid paint efficiency (56% FG). Scores through activity, touch, and physicality, but turnover management and perimeter shooting remain areas to refine.
Strengths: Productive frontcourt scoring – Paint efficiency – Activity and physicality
Risk: Turnover management and limited shooting consistency
David Green | 6’7 – 201 cm | Ironi Kiryat Ata | Stretch forward
Fit: Stretch-four who can provide floor spacing, maturity, and immediate two-way reliability.
Forward with consistent perimeter shooting (38% 3PT in his career) and solid physical profile, capable of contributing as a spacer and rebounder. Limited lateral quickness and ball-handling reduce his versatility.
Strengths: Perimeter shooting – Physical presence and maturity – Rebounding and team defense
Risk: Limited lateral quickness and creation
Collin Parker | 6’8 – 203 cm | OSE Lions | Stretch forward
Fit: Stretch forward who can provide shooting value, decision-making, and frontcourt spacing.
Forward with a mature offensive profile and clear floor-spacing value (40% 3PT), while still contributing around the basket and on the glass. Physical impact and defensive versatility remain the key projection questions.
Strengths: Shooting range – Basketball IQ – Complementary frontcourt scoring
Risk: Limited physical impact

Jacob Crews | 6’8 – 205 cm | Donar Groningen | Stretch forward
Fit: Stretch forward who can provide spacing, off-ball scoring, and energy in a rotation role.
Forward with proven shooting ability (43.4% 3PT) who operates well off movement and spot-up situations. Limited off-the-dribble creation and average lateral quickness impact his versatility.
Strengths: Perimeter shooting – Off-ball movement and spacing – Rebounding activity
Risk: Limited shot creation and defensive versatility
Te’Jon Sawyer | 6’8 – 203 cm | Caledonia Gladiators | Physical forward
Fit: Physical forward who can provide interior scoring, rebounding, and complementary floor spacing.
Forward with efficient inside scoring and added perimeter value (35.8% 3PT), capable of producing without high usage. Contributes through finishing, spacing, and rebounding, but offers limited creation and playmaking.
Strengths: Interior finishing – Floor spacing – Rebounding production
Risk: Limited playmaking and defensive impact
This is only the first layer of the scouting process.
A player can be interesting in general, but the real question for a club is whether he fits its level, budget, roster construction, playing style and timing.
That is where my Scouting & Recruitment Support is focused: smaller, private player pools built around one club’s actual needs.
