Basketball has always been a part of my life, first as an amateur player and later as a scout. For nearly 16 years, I’ve been writing for PianetaBasket.com, one of Italy’s leading basketball websites, and for several years I’ve been working as an independent scout, specializing in discovering talent before they make their mark in Europe and beyond.
My passion for NCAA basketball led me to develop a scouting approach based on direct observation. Stats are just part of the story, to truly evaluate a player, you need to watch them multiple times and in different contexts.
