This is not a traditional watchlist, but an early identification scan focused on Division-II seniors and graduates.
Built to highlight profiles that can realistically translate to entry-level European leagues, where timing and cost matter more than hype.
The list includes functional role players, athletic tools, and selected Cotonou/Bosman A profiles already on the radar for low-budget European recruitment.
DANIEL AMEYAW
6’8 – 203 cm – Stanislaus State Warriors – Senior. Cotonou status.
Mobile undersized big with solid rolling ability and reliable finishing around the rim. Shows good footwork in close range and enough mobility to be effective in the post, while remaining active on the glass. Lacks vertical pop to provide consistent rim protection in help situations. Developing a face-up game and extending his shooting range would be key to increase his versatility and level of impact. Projection fits entry-level European leagues, with Cotonou status making profiles such as Segunda FEB or French NM1 realistic options.
Key Strength: Rolling & finishing / mobility
Main Limitation: Lack of rim protection / limited shooting range
TAHJ-MALIK CAMPBELL
6’6 – 198 cm – Queens College Knights (transfer Northern New Mexico) – Senior.
Athletic and dynamic forward with real downhill ability. Can attack closeouts and finish at the rim, while showing signs of improvement as a spot-up shooter early in the season, though consistency remains to be confirmed. Active rebounder with clear physical tools, but still needs to improve decision-making and ball movement to better manage possessions and involve teammates. Projection fits low-to-mid European leagues such as Austria, Denmark, and Switzerland.
Key Strength: Shot creation off the dribble
Main Limitation: Decision-making / ball movement
CAM JERNIGAN
6’8 – 203 cm – Miles College Golden Bears (transfer Chicago State Cougars) – Senior.
Raw but high-level athlete who plays above the rim with natural ease. Already showed elite rim-protection tools at the D-1 level, confirmed early this season with strong shot-blocking production, combined with a solid rebounding presence. Runs the floor well and is effective as a rim-runner when served on the move. Lacks advanced game understanding and offers very limited shooting range. In the right high-pace context, his athletic tools can translate into immediate impact. Projection fits leagues such as Iceland and Sweden.
Key Strength: Rim protection / vertical athleticism
Main Limitation: Game understanding / shooting range
MAX POLK
6’2 – 188 cm – Lynn Fighting Knights (transfer Florida Tech Panthers) – Senior.
Scoring guard with high-level shooting consistency from three-point range, capable of creating shots both off the dribble and from very deep. Coming off a 44% season on strong volume, he has maintained similar efficiency after transferring, confirming his value as a reliable perimeter shooter. Limited size affects his ability to finish through traffic, as he tends to avoid contact when attacking the rim. Playmaking shows room for growth, though he generally keeps turnovers under control. Defensively, he provides solid on-ball pressure with quick hands. His shooting skillset makes him an easy translation to the pro game, projecting as a primary scorer in entry-level leagues or a secondary option in competitions such as Luxembourg or Switzerland.
Key Strength: High-volume three-point shooting
Main Limitation: Limited rim pressure / physical finishing
UGO NWACHUKWU
6’8 – 203 cm – Southern New Hampshire Penmen (transfer New Haven) – Senior. Cotonou status
Physical forward/center with strong frame and contact-finishing ability despite limited height. Reliable scorer around the rim, capable of absorbing contact, while showing developing shooting touch that allows him to stretch the floor in short volumes. Solid rebounder with good positioning, but lacks vertical pop to provide consistent rim protection and needs to improve lateral mobility to avoid foul trouble when defending in space. Cotonou status makes him a viable option for low-budget contexts such as Primera FEB or French Pro B.
Key Strength: Physical finishing / rebounding
Main Limitation: Limited rim protection / lateral mobility
MALAKHI STREMLOW
6’7 – 201 cm – Newberry Wolves – Graduate.
Versatile forward who spent his entire college career at Newberry, showing steady development year after year. Not a primary scorer, but plays with good shot selection and improved floor-spacing ability, highlighted by consistent three-point shooting on moderate volume last season. Smart passer with solid reading of the game, capable of moving the ball and connecting lineups. Active rebounder on the defensive end, though his high-energy approach can lead to foul management issues. Projection fits entry-level European leagues such as Albania, Ireland, and Montenegro.
Key Strength: Versatility / passing IQ
Main Limitation: Limited scoring upside / foul management
CAM EDMONDS
6’2 – 188 cm – Georgian Court Lions – Senior.
Scoring-oriented combo guard with strong off-the-dribble creation. Quick first step and well-built upper body allow him to absorb contact when attacking the rim. His ability to consistently create advantages makes him a high-level free-throw generator, averaging double-digit attempts per game. Needs to improve possession management and shot selection, particularly from long range, where consistency has been an issue throughout his career. Projection fits leagues such as Georgia or Cyprus, where ball-dominant combo guards can provide immediate offensive impact.
Key Strength: Shot creation / free-throw generation
Main Limitation: Shot selection / three-point consistency
AMONDO MILLER
6’7 – 201 cm – Lubbock Christian Chaparral – Senior.
Scoring-oriented forward with good size and wingspan, though limited in terms of physical strength and contact absorption. Dynamic off the ball with solid cutting timing and showing gradual improvement as a spot-up three-point shooter. Displays passing ability and feel for the game, but needs to clean up decision-making when attacking off the dribble. Provides decent rebounding presence thanks to his frame and can guard multiple positions, even if not a defensive specialist. Projection fits entry-level European leagues such as Austria or Luxembourg.
Key Strength: Off-ball scoring / cutting & shooting upside
Main Limitation: Physicality / decision-making off the dribble
MACEO WILLIAMS
6’7 – 201 cm – Ashland Eagles – Senior.
High-energy forward with strong finishing ability around the rim. Well-built physically, shows solid post scoring through adequate footwork and contact absorption. The combination of strength and mobility makes him an effective offensive rebounder, while he has also shown encouraging development in passing reads when facing double teams. Three-point shooting comes on very limited volume and defensive effort can be inconsistent at times. Not elite in size, but profiles as a solid inside presence for entry-level European leagues such as Albania or Norway.
Key Strength: Physical finishing / offensive rebounding
Main Limitation: Limited shooting range / defensive consistency
MARCUS TOMASHEK
6’6 – 198 cm – Michigan Tech Huskies – Senior.
Highly productive Division-II scorer who chose to stay instead of entering the transfer portal. One of the top offensive options in the division over the last two seasons, he is a high-volume shooter with strong off-ball impact, while also capable of creating space in pull-up situations despite lacking elite athleticism or explosiveness. Displays functional passing ability and reading of the game, though he remains primarily a scoring option. His size allows him to play as a guard/forward and provide positional versatility within defensive switching schemes. Projection fits structured, less athletic European systems that value spacing and execution.
Key Strength: High-volume shooting / off-ball scoring
Main Limitation: Limited athletic separation / average explosiveness
ERIK HOWLIN
6’4 – 193 cm – Vanguard Lions (transfer Biola Eagles) – Graduate.
Dynamic guard with good athletic tools and a quick first step, allowing him to attack the rim despite a lighter frame that can struggle with contact in the paint. Moves well off the ball but is most effective when creating from the dribble, relying on pull-up shooting and mid-range scoring to generate advantages without forcing plays. Three-point shooting lacks the consistency required for a higher-level jump. Defensively, lateral mobility makes him effective applying pressure on the perimeter. Projection fits leagues with a higher pace of play.
Key Strength: Off-the-dribble creation / mid-range pull-up
Main Limitation: 3-P shooting consistency / physical contact
DAVID JOLINDER
6’6 – 198 cm – Fairmont State Falcons – Senior. Bosman-A status
Versatile combo forward who spent his full college career at Fairmont State, earning multiple individual awards. Well-built physically with adequate athleticism, capable of attacking the rim and providing interior presence from the forward spot. Three-point shooting showed strong efficiency over two seasons before a significant drop this year, making consistency a key point to monitor. Displays functional facilitating skills but needs to improve ball-handling to sustain extended minutes on the perimeter. Defensively, brings high intensity on the glass and active presence on passing lanes. Bosman-A status increases his appeal for lower-tier leagues in Italy and Germany.
Key Strength: Physical versatility / rebounding activity
Main Limitation: Shooting consistency / ball-handling on the perimeter
