INTRODUCTION
Khalid Moreland is a combo guard with experience at both the NJCAA and NCAA Division III levels. After two seasons at Monroe CC, where he showed clear progression and took on a leadership role, he transferred to Westfield State University and became a key contributor, helping lead the team to a strong record and postseason success.
Khalid Moreland is a quick, aggressive guard with solid ball-handling and the ability to create off the dribble. He’s effective in pick-and-roll situations and capable of scoring both in transition and in half-court sets. He shows confidence from beyond the arc, particularly on spot-ups and rhythm pull-ups. While not a pure playmaker, he can find teammates when defenses collapse and understands how to read rotations. Defensively, he brings energy and activity at the point of attack, using his quick hands and anticipation to disrupt plays.
His lack of size can be a challenge in more physical matchups, but he compensates with toughness and tempo. Moreland could be a good fit for a lower-tier European team looking for a backcourt piece who can bring scoring, pace, and competitive edge.
