INTRODUCTION
Edward Manuel played two seasons in a JuCo before transferring to D-1 at Northern Illinois. After one season, he moved to the Rattlers, where he spent the last two seasons in the Lone Star Conference. A confident shooter in catch-and-shoot situations, he is good enough to stretch defenses. He has good versatility and can navigate off-ball flares and pin-downs as a shooter as well. In transition, he can go above the rim and possesses good ball-handling skills for the role. He has reliable mid-post ability and can also attack off the bounce without a screen, but he tends to be too reliant on his jump shot at times or settling. Defensively, he can leverage his size and mobility to guard multiple types of opponents but can improve his rebounding and paint presence. Overall, he is a combo forward who can provide an impact on an entry-level league team.
