Born: 20/01/1998208 cm
Last team: KK Sentjur (SLV)100 kg

INTRODUCTION: Nigerian player who began his career at Stetson where by collecting double-doubles and the freshman team mention for Atlantic-Sun. He attracted the interest of Arkansas, here he plays a couple of minutes and moves to Hofstra where he returns to having space and good numbers. He ends his college career at the Elite-16 with the Wildcats jersey of which he was the reliable back-up center

PHYSICAL: Athleticism combinated with a good wingspan and great running skills that allow him to be a valuable asset in fast-breaks. Mobile, agile and with decent physicality he is a good rim-protector even if he doesn’t have great coordination and also puts too much energy into the game by committing some silly fouls

OFFENSIVE PHASE: He has a very limited shooting range but is an excellent finisher near the basket. A good screener in successive rolls should receive deep or over the rim, overall he is a decent player in pick and roll situations and has shown some interesting reads even in short rolls demonstrating a growth in understanding of the game. The hand is soft from free throws (always over 76% in the last two seasons) and can suggest an evolution as a mid-range shooter. The ability to move off the ball and his mobility make him very present on the rebound, guaranteeing second shooting opportunities

DEFENSIVE PHASE: He has all the tools to be a good defender, especially near the basket where the combination of athleticism and wingspan helps him a lot to put his opponents in trouble. He struggles more in switches on the perimeter but has decent mobility, the biggest problem is the timing in the doubles and some excesses of energy that lead him to have problems in managing fouls (parameterized on 40′ of play he has an average of more than 5 fouls per game). He has to discipline himself to stay on the court longer to become a good defender

IMPROVED AREAS: Increasing the shooting range can make him a more credible player in the offensive phase and can further improve his reading of the game. In the defensive phase better discipline and foul management is needed, the potential is that of an elite defender. With a Cotonou passport he could start in a low league of an important country like Spain or France rather than in a lower-middle level European league
