INTRODUCTION

KJ Jackson is a point guard, and after putting up impressive figures in the Romanian league for two seasons, attention for this handler, equipped with first-rate athleticism and explosiveness, is certainly growing. He attacks the rim with great intensity and doesn’t shy away on the defensive end either. He makes good reads to find his teammate in a better position, but he is monothematic in his style of play: shooting is a clear weakness, and apart from a few mid-range jumpers (even from the free-throw line he doesn’t shine, shooting less than 70%), he could be defined as subpar from beyond the arc. KJ Jackson is solid on defense, reads passing lanes well, and has the speed to keep up with quicker perimeter players. Despite his shooting deficiencies, he is still a bet worth making, considering the excellent performance he has had in his early European seasons.
