This week’s rookie performances were shaped less by raw volume and more by functional advantage creation in competitive, mid-to-lower tier environments. On the perimeter, the common thread was sustained rim pressure and foul generation. Mark Freeman kept Orbi alive until overtime through off-the-dribble gravity and free-throw creation, while Kentrell Pullian decided a relegation-race game by repeatedly collapsing the defense and converting advantages into both points and assists.
