This edition of the College Watchlist highlights senior and graduate prospects with translatable skills for the professional game, evaluated through role fit, efficiency and European projection. Profiles selected for clubs and agencies looking to anticipate the market and target specific roster needs.
JULIUS ROLLINS
6’7 – 201 cm – Denver Pioneers – Graduate.
Versatile power forward combining athleticism and floor spacing. Reliable catch-and-shoot threat from 3-P (34% on 3 attempts) and shows flashes as a facilitator (1.4 apg). Can finish above the rim but needs better coordination and functional strength to absorb contact and improve rebounding impact. Profiles for mid-level European leagues where mobility and shooting at the 4 are valued.
Key Strength: Floor spacing with athletic upside
Main Limitation: Physical strength and rebounding presence
LUKE WILLIAMS
6’0 – 183 cm – Charleston Southern Buccaneers – Graduate.
Floor general focused on game control rather than scoring volume. Effective driving out of pick-and-roll, creates advantages off the dribble and protects the ball well (3.5 AST/TO ratio). Reliable perimeter shooter (38.5% on 5.7 attempts) with pull-up mid-range ability. Limited size and non-elite speed reduce rim pressure. Best fit as a tempo-setting guard in structured systems.
Key Strength: Decision-making and pace control
Main Limitation: Size and limited rim finishing
NIGEL BURRIS
6’7 – 201 cm – Weber State Wildcats – Senior.
Mobile power forward who moves well without the ball and provides floor spacing as a spot-up shooter (39.4% from 3-P on 1.9 attempts). Brings energy and defensive effort, allowing him to impact games in limited minutes. High foul rate (3.2 in 21’) reflects aggressiveness but also lack of control. Needs improved coordination and discipline to raise his level. Projects to medium–low European leagues.
Key Strength: Off-ball movement and floor spacing
Main Limitation: Foul discipline and overall control
KINTAVIOUS DOZIER
6’1 – 185 cm – Alabama A&M Bulldogs – Senior.
Scoring-oriented combo guard with strong shot-creation ability off the dribble. A three-level scorer who attacks the rim with pace, is dangerous in pull-up situations and can stretch the floor despite streaky efficiency (31.1% on 3.6 attempts). Capable pick-and-roll handler and willing passer, but shot selection and predictability going left limit efficiency. Active defender with quick hands (1.5 steals per game).
Key Strength: Self-creation and off-the-dribble scoring
Main Limitation: Shot selection and shooting consistency
TERRY ANDERSON
6’6 – 198 cm – High Point Panthers – Graduate.
Versatile forward who fits multiple lineups and systems. Excellent off-ball mover and efficient finisher (60% from 2P), with a reliable but low-volume 3-P shot (43% on 1.5 attempts). Active rebounder thanks to timing and motor. Defensively reads passing lanes well and moves with purpose. Solid athletic profile and high adaptability make him a true glue-piece.
Key Strength: Efficiency and off-ball versatility
Main Limitation: Low shooting volume and limited on-ball creation
BROCK WISNE
6’9 – 206 cm – Northern Colorado Bears – Senior.
Skilled stretch-five with strong feel for the game and long-term consistency. Reliable perimeter shooter (41.9% on 2.7 attempts) and capable facilitator (2.6 apg), adding value as a hub big. Not an elite athlete; limited explosiveness and ball-handling lead to turnovers (2.2 per game). Defensive impact constrained by lack of verticality and inconsistent rebounding for his size.
Key Strength: Shooting and passing feel as a big
Main Limitation: Athletic ceiling and defensive presence
DAESHAUN RUFFIN
5’10 – 178 cm – Jackson State Tigers – Senior.
Undersized but explosive guard who compensates with elite speed and shot-creation ability. Thrives in open floor and mismatch situations, consistently attacking the rim and drawing fouls at a high rate. High-usage handler (30%+ USG) whose aggressiveness leads to turnovers (3.5 per game). 3-P shooting is secondary in his shot diet (32.4% on 4.2 attempts). Active defender in passing lanes, size limits overall defensive impact.
Key Strength: Elite off-the-dribble creation and rim pressure
Main Limitation: Size and decision-making efficiency
TYLER SHIRLEY
6’8 – 203 cm – Florida A&M Rattlers – Senior.
Athletic power forward with mobility and versatility. Effective off the ball and capable of attacking from the dribble in 1v1 situations. Provides floor spacing with consistent volume (34% from 3-P on 3.6 attempts), but shot selection and possession management limit efficiency (2.6 turnovers). Solid rebounder and versatile defender, though foul management remains an issue (3.2 per game).
Key Strength: Athletic versatility and offensive flexibility
Main Limitation: Shot selection and foul discipline
TAI’REON JOSEPH
6’3 – 191 cm – Prairie View A&M Panthers – Graduate.
Scoring guard with a proven offensive track record across multiple programs. Physically strong for his size, attacks the rim with confidence and can absorb contact. Operates effectively off-the-ball and can create off the dribble in broken plays. 3-P shooting on high volume is streaky (33.3% on 8 attempts), and decision-making limits efficiency (2.3 turnovers). Defensive activity shows in passing lanes, but overall effort can improve. Best suited as a pure scorer at medium–low European level.
Key Strength: Scoring ability and physical rim pressure
Main Limitation: Efficiency and decision-making
AARON NKRUMAH
6’6 – 198 cm – Tennessee State Tigers – Senior.
High-energy athletic forward with a long wingspan and strong defensive impact. Excels in transition and as a rim attacker, generating plays with his defensive intensity (3 steals per game). Shows flashes as a passer (3 apg) but offensive reads and shot selection are inconsistent. Perimeter shooting remains a clear limitation (27% on 3.6 attempts). Considerable upside if physical development and offensive structure improve.
Key Strength: Defensive activity and athletic upside
Main Limitation: Shooting consistency and offensive decision-making
