INTRODUCTION
Joe Anderson has demonstrated significant growth throughout his collegiate basketball career. Starting at Furman, he was a solid backup for Mike Bothwell for three seasons and contributed to the Paladins’ SoCon title in 2023. Seeking a more prominent role, he transferred to the Bisons, where he became a key player. A regular presence in the starting five in all 69 games he played and was the team’s top assist man for two seasons. In his graduate season, his outstanding performance in the ASUN Conference Tournament, including a career-high 28 points in the quarterfinals, earned him MVP honors and propelled the Lipscomb Conference Title. He was also named to the Third-Team ASUN in 2025.
