INTRODUCTION

Tyler Stephenson-Moore is a guard who has spent his entire NCAA career with the Seawolves, scoring over 1000 points and being mentioned in the CAA’s third team in 2023.

Tyler Stephenson-Moore is equipped with good athleticism and great speed, allowing him to be very effective in off-the-ball play and cutting to the basket. Shot selection needs improvement (40.3% from the field last season), and his three-point shooting consistency needs confirmation (41% in the first 15 games, last year was 29.3% with 5.5 attempts per game). He is capable of scoring in catch-and-shot situations or coming off screens. Stephenson-Moore can drive to the basket with a lot of energy but needs to be careful with ball management (1.9 turnovers) and his handling skills. He makes good reads in pick-and-roll situations and finds teammates going to the basket (2.2 assists last year). Defensively, he has the athletic tools and mobility to make a difference, but currently lacks good timing in rotations and attention. He provides good help in rebounding with his explosiveness and reactivity (4.3 per game).
