INTRODUCTION
Tamell Pearson is a former UAB and Western Illinois big who spent two seasons in double-figure scoring, providing steady production around the rim and on the glass. He is a modern, mobile frontcourt player with solid footwork, effective pump fakes and the ability to finish through contact. His mid-range jumper has become a reliable part of his offensive game, while his 3-P range remains in early development (10/37 over five NCAA seasons).
Physically, Pearson offers good size and a blend of strength and athleticism that helps him operate in post-up situations and run the floor. However, he must limit turnovers and improve decision-making in crowded areas. Defensively, he is active and competitive around the basket but can encounter foul issues that limit his minutes.
Overall, Tamell Pearson profiles as a mobile interior player with scoring touch, physical tools and room for refinement, suitable for mid-level professional environments.
