INTRODUCTION
P.J. Hall is a forward with a great sense of positioning, a good long-range shot, and strong rim protection skills. He closed his last season at Clemson averaging over 18 points with over 30% in 3-point shooting. He has tried to increase the number of shots, but unfortunately, there is still something missing to be considered a specialist. His consistent free throw shooting, where he has reached 80%, leaves hope for future improvements.
In his defensive game, he excels inside the paint with an average of 1.4 blocks and 6.4 rebounds. He possesses a good sense of positioning both for himself and to create space for his teammates. He does not shy away from taking transition shots like a guard. Hall needs to improve in terms of the team defense system, as he sometimes tends to lose pace, possibly due to his limited athleticism and speed on the court. He should also pay attention to his body, as he tends to commit too many fouls, which could result in fewer minutes on the court in the long run.
At the end of the season, P.J. Hall was invited to the NBA Draft Combine, where he made a good impression.
