INTRODUCTION

Tyler Wahl is a versatile forward known for his ability to attack off the dribble and operate in post situations. During his collegiate career, he developed into a reliable interior scorer who uses positioning and footwork to exploit mismatches, especially against smaller defenders.

Tyler Wahl is comfortable putting the ball on the floor and attacking slower or heavier opponents. His first step is effective for a player of his size, allowing him to create space and reach the paint. He attempted to expand his offensive range by developing a 3-P shot, but results were inconsistent. After reaching around 30% in previous seasons, his percentage dropped to 18% in his final year.

Despite being slightly undersized for consistent interior play, Wahl contributes through physical effort and positioning. He averaged 5.5 rebounds per game and competes well in contact situations even without elite size. Defensively, he stands out as a solid team defender with good instincts in passing lanes, though his rim protection and interior presence remain limited.

Wahl also participated in the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament, where he averaged 6 points and 7 rebounds across three games. Overall, Tyler Wahl profiles as a versatile forward whose value comes from mobility, post skill, and team defense.
