INTRODUCTION
Boo Buie is undoubtedly an offensive player with a great three-point shot that is also valid from NBA distance. He has shown consistent improvement in each of his 5 years at Nosthwestern. Averaged 19 points with 43% 3-point shooting in his last season, making him one of the best shooters at NCAA level and surely some team will have already taken a look at this skill of his. He is also an excellent playmaker with almost 6 assists per game and despite managing a large amount of possessions he only loses 2.2 balls per game. Thanks to his agility, he can easily anticipate opposing players and steal 1.5 balls per game. Excellent level also at free throws where he reaches a remarkable 86%. Among his skills that can be improved there is undoubtedly a greater ability to choose the right shot and the first step off the dribble which often limits him in some game situations. He must improve his defensive positioning which is often overlooked in favor of greater offensive danger. At the end of the 23-24 season, Boo Buie received an AP All-American Honorable Mention and was included by the coaches and media in the Big 10 Conference’s first team.
