INTRODUCTION: Rayj Dennis is a point guard/guard capable of supporting the team’s attack both as a scorer and as a point guard. With over 160 games played in college he is certainly ready for any situation that may arise on the field even if he still shows some gaps in ball handling. The more than 3 turnovers on average can only confirm his propensity for a disorderly and at times frenetic attack. However, his good rebounding presence should be noted despite being only 6-2, a sign of great competitive spirit and determination. He was Baylor’s top passer with 6.7 assists per game. In phases of ball possession he often tends to miss the right shot, forcing turnovers which often damage the entire team. Rayj Dennis was selected to the All-Big 12 Second Team in the 2024 season. He participated in the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament averaging 14 points and 6.7 assists in the three games played.
