INTRODUCTION:

Ryan Kalkbrenner played over 130 games with Creighton Bluejays in Big East Conference from season 2020-21 to 2023-24. Actually during his college Career won a lot of prizes. Two-time Big East DPOY, two-time Big EAST Tournament Team and one Big East First Team selection. Good rim protector with 7,8 rebound and good sense of position on the floor. Despite his role he commits few fouls with 1,8 per game. Excellent shoting percentage in the paint with 63% and good in 3-point shooting with a percentage of 30%. With his height and thanks to his wingspan of 7-5, he is also an excellent internal defender and the almost 2,7 blocks per game make him difficult to overcome from short range. He is the third scorer of the team and seems to tolerate the role of first offensive terminal well. It is precisely in attack that he collects 35% of his total rebounds.

Despite his height, he has a long-limbed physique which allows him to be active even in the offensive restart. In general, he is a player with a good hand, this can also be seen above all in his 70% free throw shooting in his career. Certainly, a player who still needs to be roughed up but who in modern basketball can easily have his say even in the most diverse game contexts. Quite a versatile player with good performance consistency.

Ryan Kalkbrenner palmares also includes a Gold Medal at the Under 19 World Cup with Team USA in 2021, finishing with 6 points, 4 rebounds and a block in 11 minutes of average use.
