INTRODUCTION: Connor Vanover is one of the tallest players in Division I. Long-limbed body with good overall mobility. He has a good positional sense and in the minutes on the floor he is always a factor on both sides. He has an excellent propensity to rebound both in attack and defense with excellent defense of the rim. The Tigers center is at his best at the rim with a good ability to block different types of shots. In the last season the playing time decreased but over 40 minutes he puts together very respectable numbers. One of the most intriguing and potential points of Connor Vanover is undoubtedly his shooting ability. An excellent 82% of free throws in his career is a sign of a polite and precise hand. He has also always had a propensity for shooting 3-pointers and with Oral Roberts he achieved a good 32% with over 4 attempts per game. He may not be a specialist, but for a 7-5 it is an excellent figure. Obviously, despite being a rather mobile player, he tends to suffer significantly in the event of mismatches with leaner and more agile players in the first step. A gap in which he can easily improve is his post movements and his play in front of the basket. In 2023 he participated in the Portsmuth Invitational, finishing with an average of 10 points and 6 rebounds in 20 minutes.
